Get ice pack on it asap & elevate. Call your doctor tomorrow. Bet you tore it worse. If you want to continue walking your going to have to deal with this hun

That's on the other coop, I think I might of fractured a rib with my fall.

they never got me the right brace and its just going to keep happening til I get something else to drive .

It is, but you need to get that knee stabilized or its going to tear so much that you need surgery on it. If it hasn't already

remember how the old screen doors sound when you open them slowly ? I can press on my knee cap and "feel" that same thing. Thats fluid on the knee I believe not tendon.

I am just so over being such a Klutz. Almost tripped again Sunday on a clump of dirt. It's my back problems causing it I'm sure. I had been bending over picking up sunflower stalks & hauling them to the woods. By the 3rd trip my back was killing me & that's when I stumbled over a mole hill.
