Granny's gone and done it again

Well its dark out and no I didnt mow and right now dont care. Tom said I filled it up for you when I told him I didnt get to it. :hmm I may of said a few words that were not very nice. Changed the cat litter, took the garbage out, fed the chickens, gathered the eggs, repaired the harp , There are just so many hrs in a day and while he was sitting in there soaking his feet . checked the eggs. sure their both dead but I still see veins . I thought they disappeared but maybe not.
:he :hit

We got a very heavy frost this morning, but no snow. They were calling for it possibly, glad it didn't happen. We are so behind on getting winterization stuff done this year with me having the broken wrist. I normally do all the outside stuff except blowing out the sprinkler system & closing down the green house & stand. Have not been able to lift much with my wrist & then I fell again & think I cracked a rib. I see my doctor tomorrow & I suspected she will recommend getting it xrayed. I've went a week hoping it would not hurt as much, but not so lucky.
Oh no! You cracked a rib! :( That's terrible. Lucky you didn't land on your broken wrist and make that worse. I got a stash of bubble wrap I can send you. You need some protection. :hugs

She was dragged by a horse once, and Mom thought maybe it damaged vessels in her head. But Grandma was complaining of a real bad headache and the doctor told her to take 2 aspirin and call him in the morning. They figured she had an aneurysm and it burst. She was dead that morning. I wish i could have known her.
Another example of doctors not listening to women, very sorry that her life was cut short.

You are the best of what Pam saw in her mom. :hugsSame with my hubs and dad. Hubs has all the best parts of my dad (can make or fix anything, hard working, etc.) without all the stuff that drives me crazy (which I will not list).

So you did have a fractured foot! And were walking on it. You think that Dr will ever admit she was WRONG?

That's sad, Cap, you didn't get to meet her. I never knew my dad's folks, but was close to my maternal g'ma and g'pa. I felt lucky to have them in my life.

If you get snow, the bales are a really good idea. It keeps the run much drier over winter. Learned this from a byc member in upstate NY with a huge hoop coop. Worked well for her... kept the drifts out of the coop.

From the news meds? My grandma would have said "Eat a banana!" Muscle cramps and jerks can be helped with potassium. Have you been drinking fluids? Could be electrolytes are off.
coffee is a fluid Just saying..

What Wishing said Lisa
It could be my potassium ? I have had problems before. Lots of times. Sodium can give seizures (lack of)
I think most of the time they call that muscle twitches. My lower eyelid will twitch when I haven't has enough sleep. Sometimes my whole body "shudders." They used to say someone was walking over a grave when that happened. My older son gets that too. There is also something called restless leg syndrome, where your legs jerk at night. I'm not sure what causes it, but I've had mild cases of it a few times... it kept me awake!
