If you want to tour the US, winter is the best time for the southern states. My sis in law does it in reverse. She lives near Phoenix during the winter months and travels the country the rest of the year. What's the opposite of a snowbird? Leaping lizard?

If our house had burned, I would have pushed to get an rv. Some place to live while rebuilding and then see the country! Maybe some day...

IT was nice you had a backup plan and I am assuming you would be pulling a trailer converted to a mobil coop.

Haha! No way! Chickens would stay home with the kids. 8 days sleeping in the back of the pickup was enough for them. Maybe Ming could come though.

I didn't have to read the riot act. She was pleasant and smiled. Bp was 134/92 instead of 145/96 like last time. So I'm all done with her for 6mos.
