speaking of salt Have you ever sprinkled salt on a very tart apple ?? Sort of does the same thing to apples as it does watermelon. Makes it sweeter.

LOL I get the blue ones (with copper) for the yaks. They seem to like it best.

When I first got the yaks, I bought a salt block of each color and then let them choose. The yellow -sulfur-- dissolved, White - plain same thing the brown -mixed minerals they would use if the blue one was gone.
