We used to make our own jerky when I was a kid. Either in the oven or on racks outside during the summer. Smoked salmon too. yummmmm
you put fish outside in the sun then eat it hrs. later ? I never heard of fish jerkey.

do you dip your birds in hot water before trying to pluck ?? Makes the feathers a lot easier to pluck
Granny, what kind of jerky does Robert like? Not those Slim Jim things I hope. I've had turkey jerky, and beef of course, and bison.

I took abby in to the vet one time and he "checked" her said another couple days. So I went to rent a video with them all in the car. Came out and there was a pup on the seat and another one about to come out. FABRIC seats.and this was from the clinic straight to the movie store.

What kind of dark chocolate do you all like? I will eat it but I like those Lindt chocolate balls.
