Weird question. When a chicken eats a sunflower seed they eat the whole thing right, they can crack it open like we do can they?

I figure they eat it whole and the crop grinds it.

I havent moved so slow in my life. Got the chickens fed and found the one gallon waters so I can treat them . They Might get scrubbed out in a week or so. Im not going to have deviled eggs like this. already waiting on ivermectin withdrawals and havent even started the wormer.

It really sucks that now I have the land to get some farm life The best I can do is chickens and I am really thinking hard about them. No gardens, nada.
