Just home and I did a no no. I drove home with a sugar drop. Didnt even realize it til I getting out of the car. I was eating on the way home . Good thing or I think I may have caused an accident.
Wind is horrible here. While in wal mart it came over the speaker . If you own a red dodge pick up and parked in row 11 your truck is now in row 10 ! Couple roads closed due to downed wires and the theater sign is spread all across the road. Thundering now.

I’m going to build a bigger diy incubator this winter. I’m hoping for loads of silkie eggs in March.

I feel like I let myself down by selling those. I intended to keep one of each of theres and that guy offered $45. ? for my SH and I took it. I sold my friends out. I am very mad at myself over it and I miss them a lot still.

I did find the veggie lasagna and it can go in the microwave

Tonight ? OK I dont have a ton of room in there and Tom has 2 pies to make. A lot of dinner is easy. I plan to go ape crap on the dressing though. Ingredients for it so far. lb of real butter, celery, onion, water chestnuts, sausage and apples. LOLOL The water chestnuts are sliced, Do I dice them ?

Camp, If any chicken was ever special to me it was yours and Lisas. It meant a lot to me that you sent them. The hrs I stared at that bator with fingers crossed . I am mad and disappointed in myself. And you should be too. You didnt take a dime in shipping and I made a profit off them. It just shouldnt of been that way.

It will take several days to thaw depending on how big your turkey is. Mine is 18lb, and I put it straight into the fridge when I got it home. It thawed about an eighth of an inch over night. I expect it will take all week.
I would leave the water chestnuts larger, maybe cut in half or quarter. Depends on the size of the onion and celery. I like a little texture, little crunch.
You have chicken broth to add to the stuffing and make gravy?

I have 3 boxes of broth, will that be enough ? 3 bags of seasoned bread crumbs. I bought 3 jars of gravy as well.
