Morning everyone, you all have been busy little bees this weekend, lol. Pam, so excited for you over your Christmas presents. Prayers they all make it & that they bring you great joy. Very sorry to hear that Robert is having so much trouble with the steriods. How soon can he get off them? Last year at this time I had been working out & dieting. Had lost almost 20 pounds. Then the bursitis in my hip flared so bad I could hardly walk. My doctor gave me a steriods shot in it & in 2 weeks I put on 15 pounds. I already sleep eat with my sleep medication, but with the steroids I went hog wild. Have not been able to lose a pound since. I'm wondering if @h2oratt doesn't have a case of bursitis flared in her hip? Seems I recall that her hip starting bothering her after she was at a dog show running her dog around the arena. Sure wish it would go away by itself, but it wont. Go see your doctor H2o, that is the only way you will get some relief.

I had the grandkids for the weekend, such busy little boys, lol. Very thankful my granddaughter is older hahaha. I don't think I could chase a 3rd little one. They are like tornadoes, they can spread toys to every room in the house in 5 minutes. They are a lot of work, but they bring such joy to my heart. Sun is shining today, thank God! It has been raining everyday for like the past week. Can't stand the gloominess & how every joint in my body screamed at me. Even my hair hurt. Today I'm back to all the normal pains & a brighter outlook with the sun shining. My coops are such a mess with all the rain last week. Will take a lot of cleaning today from me.

Oops & I forgot, hubby got a very large doe last Friday night so we will have venison in the freezer to carry us through 2018

Did you read about the 14 year old who shot an elk thinking it was a big deer? Poor elk! They were part of a reintroduction into an area where they once ranged.
