Camping, I pm Kathy. It looks like wet pox to me but could it be favus ? Its so tiny and no one to catch it from dont seem reasonable. There is an incubation period.

So I got this TINY bantam egg from the silkie coop today. I’m wondering if someone laid their first egg! It’s the smallest egg I’ve ever found. 20g! The other 2 bantam eggs are 30g

h20, I am so very sorry to hear . I dont think you need to give up your chickens however. Heres the thing, you have had this for a long time. It just dont come up over night. You are having a flair right now and it wont always be this painful. You irritated it running with the dogs. The very best thing you can do for it is keep your muscles strong.
How many times I have wanted to give up. I am too stubborn to just lay down and wait . I believe you are as well. Just please keep in mind, It wont always hurt as bad as it is right now. Thats not to say there wont be days.. There will and those days are bad. Some times the days dont end. Meds . can help. Dont be stubborn about finding the right one for you. You will just be wasting time .

checked on the littles for the 3rd time today. startled me to see red all over their face . Remembered they are drinking gatoraid. whew. LOL

Wishing, sorry to hear everyone is sick or getting that way. If it works like normal, they will be better and ready to eat for thanksgiving about the same time it will hit you and have to cook while your sick. Put your turkey back in the freezer . LOL Hope your zink works quickly .
