Granny's gone and done it again

Mine stopped using the heat and were out foraging weeks ago. Of course it’s not as cold here.

Still using some heat. Which makes it hard to get a decent picture as the colors are all messed up.
 
I know you dont like the seramas Twist but you would enjoy watching them. They are chiwawas , not poodles. They have a lot of fire in a little body. funny to watch. easy to tame.
 
It was 60 when we went out to the farm and very overcast. But 3:30 down into the 40's and wind gusts up to the 40's MPH that is. Strong winds always make the Yaks "squirley"

Let a few out, 5-8 or so. They can handle those temps. Be prepared to catch to put them up. It took mine a week to learn how to go in. The guineas knew straight away.

OH and scream when the nasty white(ish) one's grab a hold and pull feathers/skin

In fact "we" had some nice duck lessons today with the white ones , me and a rake handle.
