Cool pic   but what is with all the pound signs  or number signs   ??? 

They are hashtags. On social media sites/apps like twitter, Instagram, and now Facebook if you use a hashtag, then click the hashtag, it takes you to every post that also contains that hashtag. I think it's a pretty cool feature, and I'm able to follow a lot of cool farms because of it.
