chopped up 1 1/2 gallon bags of green, orange, and red peppers from the garden and thru them in freeze to use in hotdishes and such. Still have over a dozen nice big ones for stuffed peppers while brother is here.

I don't know if you can see it cause my phone stinks but we had clear sky's all day and the clouds are slowly rolling in.

so there is nothing to eat around here that doesn't require cooking/defrosting and to be honest I am sick of doing dishes. Lots of the canning stuff has to be hand washed.
