Yes linda i had a great day til i got home & got cussed out for not inviting dd & her 2 dds. She been staying with us for 2 weeks. Told her to get her stuffhit & get out. Then i cried myself to sleep because i knew she didn t have anywhere else to go. She ate bday lunch with me on my bday. Next year im not having a bday.

Drinking coffee through a straw from a large mcdonalds cup. Bought10 pumpkins for dd & gkids to carve. Hope to cook coconut cake today for my last thursday bday but im not asking anyone over to eat it. Dh & me will enjoy it.

I have been blessed
Lisa and her wonderful DH Rod, came down from Mi. (you guessed right Twist) and I had the best time with them. It was a wonderful weekend despite me getting an upset stomach and throwing egg burps at poor Lisa. They showered us with gifts and Rod cooked , and simple worked his tail off fixing things for us around the house. I dont think theres anything that man cant do. He fixed under the house where I now have heat in my bedroom and because the parts he needed were not to be had it didnt even slow him down. He MADE the parts he needed. LOL He replaced my outdoor spicket that was gushing when it was turned on with one that wont break more then likely . Much better. He made a breeding cage and stand for the tolbunts . I have a safe place for him and a couple 3 hens . He worked on that til dark. We played cards and I learned how to play 2 new games. The got Tom AND Robert out playing with us. I dont know how she does that. They brought me home made CC cookies, (soo good) and home made bread.

Lisa is a wonderful cook. I want to keep her. LOL home made jelly, raw honey, real maple syrup. I hope to taste that tonight. Enough food to get us through the month.
and omgosh, they made some strawberry shortcakes with real cream.
BUT the best part of the whole visit was the smiles , laughter, company It felt like a real family again instead of just one in each room . I love them dearly and miss them already.
Very excited to move the tolbunts into their new home and keep my fingers crossed for better luck from them.

Good mornings, I missed you guys.
A good story hu ? OK, I flew out to Twists , My plane was late but we finally got off to a good start. He took me to an auction and bought some thing for the yaks so the arent so dangerous. Then we went baack to the motel and he cooked me a wonderful dinner.  

hahaaa, OK give me a min. cause there is a LOT to tell.

Oh, coconut cake! I should make the for my hubs... he loves coconut. And he would get the whole cake to himself because the boys won't eat it!

Maybe stress of the situation is making your DD act so ungrateful. She must appreciate what you are doing for her.

your just not going to get out of it that easy. I have been skipping a lot of birthdays and still I grow older.
Im sorry you had a crappy end to what should of been a great day but its not your fault and you shouldnt punish yourself. She disrespected you and got took down a notch as she should. I wish I was as strong as you are .

What a wonderful weekend, granny! And Twist did guess! These types of stories don't get in the news much, so I'm glad you are telling everyone. It is so uplifting to hear how caring and giving Lisa and her hubs are... such wonderful people! They do exist! Faith in humanity is restored! Now, where are the pictures???

sorry about pictures. I still havent brushed my hair since they came. LOL I was in a little pain and she waited on me. I felt bad about that . We pulled out Mares chicken bag and she would first heat it then ice my neck and back til it got better.

Yes wishing she is stressed but im not putting up with her cussing me in my own house. She knew she was crossing the line & i gave her a chance to stop. That only made her loss it more. Called me all kinds of names.
