Are the polish Roos known for being mean?

No they are just the opposite. They can be skittish because of eye sight but this roo has always been able to see. As much as I love the polish I feel for them and cut their tops so they can see where they are going. ! hahaha

!! I wish you the best with the polish! I do have eggs set!! I will let you know fertility, they are little eggies yet but hey, what do I have to loose trying!! AND the tolbunts have their own coop now! This is a mix of tolbunt and there are a few icelandics hens eggs in there that were under the tolbunt roo.... I set them sunday eve so you know!!

I am happy you have those shots out of the way and stuff moved where you want it for now! Constantly moving things from here to there in the chicken world I cant imaging the big critters and having to move them around! Hailey is a lovely name by the way, and I am glad nothing bad happened with that wire! How did she ever manage that one?

Im all stuffed up. My house is half way cleaned so I am gonna guess its the chickens or the stuff Rod found in the vents. Probably chickens. I was breathing the dust yesterday. Tom got his sledge hammer out and took a shelf down in there so it was flying pretty thick.

You know what would be better than hang gliding, is to go up in a real glider plane thingy, where a plane tows you up high, releases the tow line, and you glide down. It's much safer and you can go a lot higher. No engine, so you can enjoy swooping around in peace and quiet. Maybe some day.... SWOOP

I seen on FB yesterday was my 3 yr. anniversery of getting my first ever tolbunt. ( turned out to be candy corns. ) LOL I have always wanted to breed them but if it dont work I hate to give up something that will.

Hi Camp, your down like your DH wanted . Not much need of extra roos though.  I have extra too . need to get busy on that.

1 is the sapphire roo and 1 is the crested, feather legged OE from Sally's eggs. I want to keep them both for breeding. Then I have monster, and the pretty EE I'm still growing. Bad personality, but I want to see his grown up feathers.

I had a mean boy and it got to the point he started scaring me. My sister butchered him. But his offspring Roos were 50/50. Some where nice and some were butt heads.
