Offer went in on the house. Had to make a change to it though - realtor forgot to ask for closing costs. "Oh the grant doesn't cover them?"

No, no it doesn't. And there's no way I could pull an extra ten grand out of my butt either.

Other side realtor warned my realtor it would likely be a multiple counter offer situation. Fine. We'll play that game. That's why I didn't lead with our best number.

I had a thought. Yay for propane oven - even if the power goes out we'll still have dinner. Then I realized. Electric thermostat/lighter for the oven flame. D'oh!

That makes sense.  I was trying to get the dogs to go after a rat, but they just kept looking at me like I was trying to trick them.  They are so used to me saying leave it!  Guess I confused them!  

Yeah, I guess that's the down side of training them. I guess anything running away is prey.

You circled two different birds. The hen is the one that I think looks similar to yours. The only pic I could find of her as a hen was with that hona rooster.
