LOL ask your dad to cosign on that house for you. tell him you will put his name on the deed. make it in the paperwork that if something happens to him it goes to you.  You can also get insurance if something were to happen (god forbid)  it would be paid off.

I can't. They are looking for a bigger house for themselves. I just got to keep pushing forward.

I think he wants a big house for all of us but I don't want to live with my folks for the rest of my life plus we have different ideas on life style.

when I was approved for a loan I was very lucky they approved this house. They dont do trailers . most dont. this was a model home and is on a permanent foundation and I insisted this was the one I wanted is why it went through.

I'm not sure how hard this is gonna be for us. We aren't at the loan approval part yet. I know there are rules to doing a manufactured home. Might be easier if I can save a down payment.
