I wouldnt of owned my house in detroit without my fathers help with a down payment and wouldnt be here without my moms help. Hardest thing I did was not give the house in detroit to DD. she wanted it badly. I didnt want her stuck there for 25 yrs. like I was.

They might help me with that stuff. I just have to keep pushing forward with stuff first. I think devins dad would also help too with down payment stuff.

I've watched specials on tv there. There isn't much work available either. It makes my neighborhood look good for sure.

I hope your DD gets where she needs to be one day. I hope I do to. It feels like it's been a tough road for both of us. Easy to give up. I lose hope every other day but that doesn't do anything for me.

Good morning!

Wishing, u & i are in the same boat. I ve been waiting for it to cool off so i can shovel litter out of pens. If dd has gd today will be that day. Got the shavings yesterday. I

argh. No rain today, but I have been recruited to drive kids for a x-country meet. Forgot all about it until yesterday. My coop plans will have to wait. again.
