I thought that you had already received the dna and that it had tested correctly ??? I am not sure what you are requesting of me !!! PLEASE explain also just a suggestion but a form letter might not be the best way to convey what it is you desire.

Subject: IYAK Animal Registration

Thank you for registering your yak with IYAK. Please keep the information below for your records. Please note that applications must have DNA submitted before the process is initiated. When submitting the DNA sample make sure that each animalâ€
2122.png
s DNA is collected according to the instructions on the website and stored in separate paper envelopes with your name, Member ID, Herd ID and and reference that helps tell the animals apart (name, ear tag etc.) and staple a copy of this email so the DNA and form are together. Once we receive both the form and the DNA we will start the application process.

The registration process takes a minumum of four weeks from the time we receive the DNA and all forms, assuming all information is correct and dam and sire accurately identified.

Thank you,
Your IYAK Registrar

Still waiting on Maiah's DNA result's and then I have the 4 calves to do
th.gif
beginning to understand why some breeder's do NOT register their calves. BUT it's bound to help in selling already registered ones.

Then just a transfer fee.

Sounds like a big yak scam to me.

Well, that IYAK stuff confused me. Sounds like "printing your papers" means you are all set. They wouldn't bother if you were missing anything.

I hope that is what it means. Was very confusing to me. NOTE that either them or I left the CRAZY part off Sheila's name, I think I did in order not to scare off potential buyers.
