Im back. Took Robert to get his game and stopped at TSC for cat dog and cat food , drive through at Big Boys and back home to discover I am out of chicken food , again. I am going back in the am but Im not going to make money on these roos and wont be able to buy anything. . Its supposed to be a good one too. presentation by some big horse farm, pond fish,

Im keeping 2 polish roos. My dumb one that runs in circles but throws candy corn, and son to mean tolbunt with ton of black , some white and one or 2 feathers showing gold. actually selling the nicest roos. EE , silver laced polish, gold apple spitter, and a silver apple/polish mix.

Absolutely not skipping the home inspection!!! I need to follow up with my realtor and see if he's contacted his guy yet.

It's just if we end up needing more specialized inspections -like if this guy says something is fishy with the septic and we need to bring in a specialist I will be bringing out the inner (female dog)

We're shooting for a 45 day escrow - so if all goes according to plan (which it rarely does lol) we should be moving in just before Christmas.

I was thinking specifically of the septic. Huns had to repair ours.
