Got to go north to find the good spots. Lost coast is one of the most rugged beautiful places on earth.

his MRI was 10 times worse than last one he had 4 years ago.so that means surgery and they said it would be at least 2 weeks before doc could see him.he is in pain and the pain pills don't help..
