Twist, for fried eggs I will take a banty egg over a large anyday. They have full sized yolks and less white. yummy.

all purpose hens. exl eggs/meat .. Not breed-ed down but heritage. not for looks

up here you can't even sell white eggs NO ONE believes they are farm fresh.
