Hubs brushes him, but Henry doesn't like it much. It's the Maine coon in him. Very soft fur and it never mats. Wouldn't have any other kind of long haired cat. I took in a stray Persian. Her fur was constantly getting mats. Just horrible.

I dont care for the animals with smushed in faces. they snort, snore and have problems. and dogs like the shar-pi ? Surgery to remove excess skin folds so they can see. Some kind of hound like that too.

Sounds like a wonderful lady. I'm sure she understood.

If you took the cat, you would have resented it, and felt guilty that way anyhow. It's better if it went to someone who wanted it.

And those little French bulldogs... can't even reproduce naturally. Males will tip over trying to mate and females need c-section to deliver pups. They are cute, but why would anyone create something like that?

you got me . I think that about the polish sometimes. I cut the white ones top for the winter and she got an eye infection. As soon as it started growing back it cleared. I even heard rumored thet can lose balance if you cut it sometimes.

English bull dogs need c sections too. Not being able to mate is a new one on me.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the Polish because of that. I like functional chickens better.

The Frenchies have big chests and heads and small backends. Top heavy!

Mornings, Not much sleep. About the time I went to bed the med. wore off. I probably got a good 2 hrs. pain free last night. Still bad this am. Pup slept w/ me because I was last person awake and couldnt bend to lock him in his crate. He was good.
CB and Robert woke me up playing at 6:30. Now one is in school and the other bed.
CB made honor roll yet again.
