I am passing on the green bean casserole this year just don't have the oven space and that's with 2 ovens.

Ummmmmmm. I never learned o ake home made dressing cause mom does it. She has all tge ingrediants... Ill robably mess it up cause my boys ike stove top. Still gonna try though.

I always make a simple stock out of the neck, organs and wing tips. Use that and what ever meat I can get off said bits for the stuffing plus the butter in the onions and celery that are sauted together and if not moist enough there is always home-canned chicken stock.

maybe your mother can supervise  and write it down for you.

I always make a simple stock out of the neck, organs and wing tips.   Use that and what ever meat I can get off said bits  for the stuffing   plus the butter in the onions and celery  that are  sauted together   and if not moist enough there is always home-canned chicken stock. 

She talked me through it. She does that but choppes up the giblets to add in he stuffing and adds poultry seasoning. Hopefully i can do it.

spices are just parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme and poultry seasoning and salt and peppers plus lots of butter
