yes    the STATE will not allow it to be used UNTIL they (state) can inspect it and make sure it is safe.   Also the pipeline wasn't actually planned to go under the Lake  but the river that feeds into the lake .       I do not like the idea of pipelines crossing any flowing bodies of water BUT  didn't like what the protestors were doing either.  

Funny  how the protestor's are all "concerned" about their water BUT it was ok to set tires on fire and pollute the air that we all breathe. 

And probably urinating and defecating around the water. Or did they bring in ports potties for them.

Not sure I should talk about it as all the posts were took down . a mod would never ask for an apology.  that was scam work. 
I have never been made to write on the black board.  I was made to apologize by my mom. A lot. LOL
