Hi my friends, dropped in to catch up a bit with yer shenanigans. Read a bunch of pages, ya'll are funny and charming as ever. Miss you like crazy. I watch the weather channel every am and think about all of you, picture what you're up to...except Twist...I just question his sanity. -15F??? Who does that???
All is good here at the farm. So stinking hard to get it all done each day. No time to visit. Prepping for Airedale pups VERY soon! Worried and excited. Chickens aren't doing much, hard molt this year. 3 eggs daily from 17 hens. Need to feed them better. I'm slacking on the fruits and veggies. I keep alfalfa, feed, water and oyster shell. Bare minimum. It shows...no eggs.
DH's new job going ok, his boss got fired, he applied, pins and needles waiting. He'll find out Mon at 9am.
Pops is great. 841/2. Ornery as ever. I bought him a bamboo cane with a horn, rearview mirror and slow moving vehicle placard. Pretty funny.

I know how to make no bake cookies ! No, I am lying I dont even know how to do that. Twist has very good caramels and fudge and cookies. and sausage.

That's Leo. He's 18. My Deuce will be 29 in Jan. Had her since she was 18 months. Longer than I have had anything else in my life. Haven't ridden in 4 years. Hope this year is better. If DH gets this new position it takes a ton of heat off me to make the ends meet. Spare $$ for gas and a day off to go riding hasn't been possible.
