Lol Don't worry, I've heard it before and knew what you meant. I'm jealous of all your baking. Soon as the power gets turned back on, I'll be baking bread and cookies the rest of the day. I might even "borrow" a few recipes you've posted and I'll have to share my caramel one later.

They are not prepared for such things in certain parts of Oregon.

That's the truth. Hubby was down in Portland during their snowpocolypse a few years ago (like 8). He almost didn't make it home for Christmas because they had all of one or two plows for the whole city. We only have 4 or 5 up here, but they give a tax break to anyone that puts a plow on their truck to encourage people to plow roads themselves. Works really well, especially if you live a bit more rural.

Meanwhile up north in Canada, that was considered a liability...and you could get in DEEP DOODOO for that.

TBH I don't know how I have it I thought it expired but I still have it, I know when I did the interview I got a GFM and when I left for a few months came back with a PFM
