Haven't done another full candling after the time I saw 9/10 live... Today's day 7, so in a hour or so I'll have updates.

how many and what kind did you send Camping ? Do you think if you slipped the hens extra calcium the eggs would ship better ?

10 hona eggs. Only two were very slightly cracked, so I think they did well!

Yup- I used "new skin".

oh awesome idea ! You ever use that on yourself ? burns . LOL Tom used it for bowling blisters. He couldnt use a bandaid and keep bowling.

Can't say I have, but I got it in case I ever DID need it..... Who knew I could use it on eggs??

I now have to raid the chooks' med kit when I hurt myself

haha, I was looking for some triple antibiotic the other day and couldnt find any. 3 tubes in my chicken basket ! I wont use it but I do wonder since its supposed to kill germs and say, I used it on a chickens eye and it touched the tube , Is it still safe ?
