Sounds good Wishing, I was actually thinking about making that today and realized I dont know how. haha

Kind of like shake-n-bake, but pan fried. Dusting of flour on the chicken, then dip in egg, roll in seasoned crumbs and either bake or fry. OR, get shake-n-bake and follow the directions!
He went one step further for himself and #2... chicken parmesan- added red sauce and melted cheese on the chicken.

OH and I am taking Robert to the closing with me as neither one of us can figure out why the bank want's 11K plus for interest since I don't have a payment due until feb of 2017 ?? Hoping between the 2 of us the banker doesn't slip something extra in on the loan. I tend to "glaze over after a while and just want to get it done"
