I had a baseboard heater in my room as a kid. Mine was the coldest room in the house. I wasn't allowed to leave it on all night, but I would turn it up high and hang my feet over to warm up. Toasty!

At least DD has a responsive landlord.

he seems like a good LL. he wont put up with being late on rent. she went to court yesterday from her old LL he is claiming $1700. She had all her receipts. Said, Shawn kicked a whole in the floor and He started laughing and told the judge, Im strong but do you think I am strong enough to kick a hole in a floor? Then he showed pics where the holes were there already dated from the day they moved in. Old LL made the same claims to last tenants and just so happened DD had him with them.
