6 eggs before noon. 70s here til friday. Haven t had heat on since friday. Dressing & ham & a veggie- green peas & carrots & biscuits for lunch & supper. Gonna have potato & ham soup tomorrow

Yes! I was thinking about that. He wins, but the mistress loses in the genetics game. I guess the pressure is on her to pick a responsible mate. Maybe she will do better the next year... I wonder how she can tell who is good though. He did bring her some yummy food. Maybe she has to hold out longer before accepting him, just to make sure he is loyal. Make him work for it!!!

We took a ham up to MIL's for dinner yesterday. The lion's share came home with us. Potato and ham soup is an excellent idea! The bone is already spoken for... pot of split pea soup.
