That's what I've heard! I was going to get Mille Fluer's, but decided on Cochins instead.

I've heard MPC's birds are pretty bad show quality wise, but never knew about them being a "middle man". We are thinking about getting our birds from Eagle's Nest Poultry in Ohio....they're supposed to have show quality birds and they have been recommended from some of our "showing friends". They just don't have mottled Cochins so I'm thinking of starting out with Black Cochins and getting Mottled ones in a few years. I have heard ON's are HUGE and the birds get bought soon! this place is in Ohio. They don't have australops though but lots of pretty birds.
