If I remember I will get a pick of all of it when it's done.    I didn't have enough pork to do the standard 80/20  so mine is about 75/25   beef being the second number.  

Lots of errands tomorrow ,   the pump for the Big yaks qiute or keeps blowing the breaker   and OF course it has to be farking cold.  So Rod is going to come in as well and we will come up with a jury rig until it warms up 
Hubs just told me at dinner that our venison/beef burger was ready for pickup. Came out to 88#'s of burger, so we are set in that department until next deer season. Plus dd had hubby's first deer made into pepper sticks, summer sausage & hotdogs. So freezer is looking good
