HOW can an anti-depressant remove pain ?? or are you just high and don't care??

I tried reading about it Twist. didnt get very far. She gave it to help me sleep and said it will / should help with the pain as well so I wont take a PP in the evening, just this thing. I did read where its supposed to help with umm, the pain diabetics get.. The med. is Elavil

So we are out of all the "homegrown" hay at the farm and feeding off of the bails I bought darn good thing I got 10 of them as no one has any hay for sale at the moment.
