OH one of my regulars checked into night, he runs as hide,fur,recycling company out of Jamestown he is going to give me a card/name/phone number of a guy who tans hides with fur on in Minot (about 170 miles away) say's he does an excellent job and is a lot cheaper then the place in Moscow Idaho that I found.

I am finally home, what a day.

We just are our camp freezer chickens. They are really good. I am going to make bone broth with the bones!

for bone broth! It follows the best old traditions of not wasting any part of an animal. Chicken feet are excellent to use because of all the connective tissue. Just skin them first.
