I took some pork meat out of the freezer this morning..
I need to figure out what I'm going to make out of it.

DH likes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mofongo so I'm thinking Ill make that even though I don't care for it as much as he does.

Mofongo- neve had. Don't know about supper but having chicken-cheese chasidilla-sp for lunch. Went to sleep at 9pm. Up at 3 am making waffles-got a new waffle pan wed. Trying to watch inguration before I nap.

Long story short:
My DH used to travel the world for work. What ever country he was in he would tell me about the food he was eating and how good it was. Thanks to the internet I have learned how to cook many many different types of food.....things I had never heard of or even thought of.

Just checked on the babies. They looked good but still a little scared. Probably of me as all they ever saw was my arm going in their cage. Bigger babies are growing really good since their move. I think they are part hound . They are much calmer and friendly for chicks that havent been held. Turkey still limping and too heavy to do anything with. I can either give it antibiotics which I dont Think helps bumble foot or eat her. Supposed to soak it. No way thats happening. I dont know what has happened to me Im hoping its temp. from being sick but I have no energy now. Just walking out there and looking has tired me.
