I can remember my Grandma (Dad's mom) telling us 30 plus years ago how important it was to not eat sugar....she is now 90 still healthy as can be!

Boy i wish I would have listened to her all them years ago.

im back. dont hurt as bad and something bit me on it and my foot went to sleep and I didnt make it to the bathroom and there was no paper in there and they peed on the floor and I needed my nightgown and this day sucks

NO  browns , taupes   earth tones  nothing that reminds me of the 70's   OMG  harvest gold and avocado green   and terracotta orange
