Woke up nauseous and congested. Went back to bed and got back up after 11. Sucked down coffee. Head hurts, body hurts. Gonna still try to get outside and work on a few things.

I think those of us with chronic pain should youtube some yoga. Not sure why, but I LOVE stretching. Releases endorphins, I guess. My yoga friend gave me vid suggestions to watch online, so I guess I'll try those at some point. I still feel so crunched up from that conference. I told all the board members that we needed yoga and self-care stations for introverts. They had "jam space" which is extrovert language. There were always opportunities for bike riding, coffee, trails, benches, etc. But I like to rehab in community with other introverts. It works faster I think. So like a reading room, or crochet circle... Something like that.
