Im not sure if yall remember but my first set of chickens....my dogs got ahold of all but two..those two went to live at my "horses" land...

those two turned out to be roosters...
the other day when i went to feed/check/bring them treats..on of those boys flew at me trying to attack me...I about pooped my pants...
he had always been so nice to me...
he changed over night.

I freaked out and was screaming inside the coop and everyone else was yelling at me to kick him to get him away from me....I COULD NOT!


well they (the horse chickens) were free ranging yesterday and said boy flew at my DH....I killed myself laughing as he tried to chase him down.
He finally caught him and held him and petted him and thought he was explaining to the rooster how to be nice...
The rooster was just doing his job trying to protect his girls..right..
But poof...he scared me enough to where I am not scared to go inside the coop.

Now I know what CB was feeling when that roo was attacking him.

I was 9 yrs old visiting my sister . I was sick as a dog . She gave me peppermint shnappes . whooo cleared me right up.

my niece just got back from a Carnival Freedom cruise....she loved it...she also got engaged on the trip..so cute.

I have two dishes of food...they all come to eat at the same time in the morning when I fill them...
I will watch tomorrow as to who stands off a little and who eats the first bite.

I swear they were all so nice and sweet to each other two weeks ago.
