Granny's gone and done it again

So  crust story     I make up a single pic crust  and after it is blended and I battle with saran wrap  (  OMG I ABHOR that stuff)  and get it ready to chill in fridge   I am thinking  there is something just not quite right with it.   Go an get a pair of "cheaters"  and read the recipe again  and sure enough  it was 1 1/4 cups of flour NOT the 1 1 /2 I used.   well at least it was wrapped for the hens.   Made a second crust   and it was fav if I do say so my self.  Dinner was a big hit,  OTHER then Rod's son   who is a "good eater"  but then sat at the table and belched thru at least 1/2 of the dinner.   IF it hadn't been Rod's bday dinner  and his son   WORDS would have been said.  

tis late and I am bushed.   

General conclusion  is that Lu is in the family way.   5 out of 5 of us are thinking that now.   LOL

Mornings,No news is good news ? I am still tired . nightmares of little kittens and someone cut my hair and parts of it was orange.

It has rained and supposed to today so not sure what good bleach would do right now. Step D called to check on pup yesterday. We were talking about bleaching the house. She knows I cant breath it or any other type of spray . But she thought that lysol on the furniture would help . Reason being even though it dont kill parvo it will kill other germs that could make him sick because his immune system is shot. If I can make myself absent for a few hrs. that might be possible . Cant do that waiting on a phone call.

I hope everyone is well today. Twist, yes, I really did.

Cats loved them. Did you know it is good manners to burp after eating in China ? It is a compliment to the chef. At least I read that somewhere. Maybe he had stomach problems and I would of asked.

I'm glad there is not blockage.
I can't believe he still isn't eating.
He must really feel bad.

Granny DO NOT add salt to that stock.
Before he comes home ask the vet how and what and when to feed him.

I personally would give him a few small meals a day for a week.
My small meal would be:
A little dry dog food, a small handful
a little baked sweet potato with a few bites of cooked chicken meat.

And offer clean fresh water and a bowl with the broth.

Camp I agree with maybe just adding something to the bottom of DD bathing suit instead of buying a new one.
If you can wait til Thursday I will run to my thrift store and see if I can find a few to send you.
(I could go look tomorrow but Thursdays is when they restock and usually have more to chose from)

Yesterday was the baby's 7th bday.
We all went to the Monster Jam show.
What a waste of money..imo.
Kinda boring, we ended up leaving after 1.5 hours.


Today we will be heading out to the country to fish and hopefully shot a squirrel or three...my mom's.



Granny I would still put bleach in the yard....before he comes home, if it stops raining, but even if it rains I would think it would help to soak it into the ground?

If he has the IV he is being pumped full of them now.

Do you know I have a friend who was addicted to gatorade.
Drink it all day everyday.
She became very obese, ended up have to have her stomach stapled...or banned or what ever you call it.

The doctors told her too much of a good thing is just as bad as not enough.

I wouldn't bother bleaching any thing unles he pooped or vomited in the area.

If you were getting a new pup but bandit will be immune if that is what he has and your older dogs had puppy shots so they should be fine.
When we had it none of my older dogs got it and they never had a vaccine past the puppy shot.
