We just got notice of another increase, 15%. That means the premiums are almost twice as much as they were 5 yrs ago. Considering switching the boys and myself into hub's HMO at work. It's pretty ridiculous.

Main reason I hate property taxes it you never truly own your property as (in ND) if you do NOT pay your property taxes for 3 years they (gov) take your property and auction it for back property taxes.
