I think it looks nice and sounds great- friendly and positive. You may want to make the connection between specific leadership skills and camp activities more clear. I think of leadership skills as things like public speaking, leading a group task completion, decision making, team building... stuff like that. The camp sounds like so much fun, people may not realize the lessons embedded in the programs. If the flier is aimed mostly for donations, you might be able to work in "your donation will help..." "you can help by..." Assuming the blank space at the end is for contact information. It's good. Makes me want to go to camp! I love the farm part. A pic with goats and chickens wouldn't hurt! but I'm not biased!

ps. I am up way past my bedtime, so take this with a grain of salt.

I hate cooking. If you want something to taste good you need to like what your doing but no one can screw a burger up. well, it would be hard to anyway. I love soup. I think I make good soup but no one else here like soup and complains so I have stopped that too.

Oh my mom screwed burgers up. Made them paper thin, and they tasted like cardboard...with cheese. That's what my dad and brother said. I wasn't about to eat one lol
