Maybe you just have big hands? That chick is too big to be quail. Wait until adult feathers are in that will help ID the chicken.

I put my petrified wood in . found a couple skulls made for tanks. trim is wood like and matches the cupboards. green background matches kitchen walls .

Honey, no one can tell you that.  If you can say where the chick came from, or what possible breeds it might be, we could guess, but it would be a guess.  Most of the time if it is a mystery chick, you have to wait until they grow up, and even then a lot of the time you still have to guess on the breed. 

we got it from Tsc and they had them marked as bantams

I doubt that they would put quail in a bantam brooder. You have a chicken.
