Remember the old heaters where you turn the dial til the light flickers and wait ? Reminds me of the incubators. Then came with those you set to what temp. you want and it goes there and they could go all the way in the water. No screwing it to the tank. They were expensive when they came out. I dont know what they cost now but I know I have some . Somewhere....

Then came with those you set to what temp. you want and it goes there and they could go all the way in the water. No screwing it to the tank. They were expensive when they came out. yep used to use them and them my mother walked by the tank one day and thought the water "felt" cold so she turned up the heater, FISH SOUP
