Granny's gone and done it again

How big are her eggs?

I thought you said she didn't have bumble foot. I had a hen that was lame for months. Never could figure out what or how she hurt herself, but it was some sort of ligament injury... or something.

Argh, I have to leave again soon. Need to run up to my dad's to help him move something before going to get the boy. The road up to the farm is closed during the day for repairs, creek undermined the road in a bad spot... long way down, and it is taking them forever to fix it... big job. They will have one lane open for traffic at 2, so I have to take off then.

I dont see an entry point. Lisa said she seen a small cut when she was here. and they were standing in mud. Her foot is very swelled . Her egg is about the size of a large hen egg.
I will get pics later of it and the tank. Still cloudy.
so far the fish to go with these are neons. dwarf frogs, cory cat, white cloud minnow, sword tails, mollys and guppies. No larger fish.

No mom, it's just some long boards. Too awkward for him to do himself, but not too heavy.

I like neons! pretty!

Just went out to get eggs (4 big ones!) but my blue Wyandotte is not with the rest of the mob. She is probably hiding somewhere to lay an egg. I have to go look for her.

I had let them out into the yard this morning. She could be anywhere. I will start with the garage.

Found her having a dust bath in front of the bantam coop. Maybe she's deaf because she didn't come with the others when I called them back into their own yard and I totally startled her as I walked up near her, calling for her! She jumped up and took off with dust billowing everywhere! Crazy chicken. Going to leaver her out with the Seramas. Hopefully she won't figure out how to get into the bantam coop like my old EE who squeezes herself through the tiny door and eats ALL their food. Guess it tastes better in those little dishes!

2:00. Road is open. See you later!
