Twist, I think I would go crazy dealing with people who have no respect like that. If it's not theirs, they just don't care.

Hope Rod's son is ok and has good insurance!

son is ok not sure if a ticket was issued or not and it 7 bucks to get the police report on line and NO CAN DO in person. Son is NOT on Rod's ins. and all Rod is carrying is liability.

Repair man will be here in the am to work on the ice maker/machine.

Did get the "leak" fixed in the room , only had to pull the whole throne up twice

and 2 trips to the hardwear store about 3 hours,
