Hi Grannys house, just wanted to say Hi y'all and to share a picture I took yesterday of my 2 CCL chicks that momma decided that they needed to check out the snow. They are 4 weeks old. She had them outside one day last week for their first outside venture, but our temps were in the 40's. Yesterday was 18° & they didn't stay outside long. They beat momma to the top of the ramp. Momma is at the bottom of the ramp going the opposite direction lol. She's itching to be outside. She is a Icelandic and loves foraging outside. So the Icelandic roo is heading in with the chicks & momma is soon to follow.

Been busy the past 2 days with cooking & baking. Made 2 kettles of soup yesterday. We had dinner twice from them & my lunch today. The rest went into the freezer for lunches for hubs & dd.

Today I had a marathon muffin day. Made 3 kinds of muffins for the freezer. A banana nut, a blueberry & a pumpkin, carrot, dried cherries & walnut. Plus I mixed up a 3.5 lb batch of bread dough. Will be making artisan bread tomorrow.

I've managed to miss everyone on here, but wanted to check in. Sorry your hatch didn't go well granny
