I'm going to sell the RIR, but I'm going to try to process monster and a few others. I don't want to eat monster, but it might be the best option.

Its hard to eat the ones you name. I name very few of mine. LOL You think that hurts their feet sitting up there ? I actually have a cooking question. LOL

I bought a pork loin already seasoned. (half off) they are normally $7.00 so $3.50. I have carrots and potatoes but what I dont have is a clue. Do you just put everything in a 9x12 and wrap it and bake it ? How do I season the veggies ?

Its in the oven . I hope it taste good cause it sure dont smell good.

Pork loin was already seasoned with garlic and herbs so I didnt do anything to it. I peeled potatoes and cut carrots in chunks and drizzled (haha) oil on them then seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary what ever that may be. I didnt use much cause it is strong smelling. Oh and seasoned salt. I didnt cover anything. its roasting in a shallow foil lined pan at 400 degrees. Have no idea for how long . LOL
For dessert I peeled and cored 3 apples (golden) quartered them and added apple juice, a tablespoon of honey, cinnimin (I know what I mean) about a tablespoon of butter and cinn. graham crackers (2) crumbled on the top.

Pineapple is good on pork. Veggies just need salt and pepper. What did you end up doing?
