Granny, just sear both sides of steak in cast iron skillet on top of stove. Put butter on top & put it in 350* oven. Baste it with the butter every 10-15 minutes til it's as done as u like

I have one that looks like her some . She is very good looking.
I am guessing she just went broody ? Her red is SO red ! even around the eyes. I dont think mine are like that and when they stop laying their wattles go pink. So thats probably one of the healthiest looking broodys I have seen.
