the recipe I use is the older version that you would of found on the reservations before Indian tacos became big so it won't be as fluffy as the one at the pow wows, you okay with that? It sorta a family tradition here and a comfort food

Okay I use lard to fry instead of olive oil, I also add flour when needed since it can be sticky, I don't roll it out I just play patty cake with it between my hands. Now since this is a staple bread you can use it in a savory or sweet dish, a family favorite is serving it with honey it really easy to make as long as you follow the list! Trust me
