I understand granny, I've struggled with it since my teenage years. Was even on meds for it, because of meds! It's hard to pull through some days. You can always message me if you want to talk about it. "Hugs"

I can't remember what one I was on but it made things worse. They can do a # on you. Best thing I've found is to do things that use to make you happy. It was a lot of effort and time but I'm sorta happy now. No meds at all for anything. Which is a miracle.

So I added a fan to my crappy tiny homemade incubator. I'm going to use it for lockdown this weekend. Testing temp right now so I can just plug it in and it be right.
